Delivery

T-Labo offers free delivery on all orders above €50 coming from Belgium. For orders under €60, the shipping cost for Belgium is €5. Currently, we ship to all of Europe. For delivery to other countries, please contact info@t-labo.eu. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a track & trace code via email. Please check the table below for delivery times per country.

The Netherlands

Germany
Order before 16h00 delivery time in 2-3 working days

France

Return policy

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@t-labo.eu with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
